Moody hill is a great connector to the crystal mountain trail system. There is an old mine area that is a great place to try out your modified jeep or truck suspension, during the summer months you can always find at least one person "playing" in the mine.
Along with a few side trails that dead end, there are lots of camping spots in the vicinity.
