This city park contains many dedicated bricks around the perimeter of a fountain that sits in the center of the park. The park is dedicated to local firefighter, Phillip Eckel, who passed away while on duty, fighting a fire in a local home.

A couple thousand dedicated bricks have been placed here with many dedicated to a loved one who has passed on. The park is centrally located and sees lots of foot traffic during the lunch hour, as there are many places to sit and have a leisurely break from the work day.
