According to the plaque: "From music and dance to painting, film and acting, this mural features ballerinas on state, images of Beethoven and Mozart, as well as a painter with his pallet and an artist of the future."
This mural was a project of the One Voice Arts and Leadership Program, part of the 1999 Monterey County Summer Youth Employment Training.
Sadly, this mural has been defaced in a few spots with some silver spray paint.
