William J. Bryce built this building in 1910 to be the offices of his construction firm, the Bryce Building Company. The building is a simply detailed, two-story masonry structure designed in the Renaissance Revival Style. The odd shape of the building follows the property line of the little five-sided lot on which it was constructed.
