John Mills and his two sons moved to the Lost Creek area from North Carolina in 1784. Many other Quakers soon followed and settled in the same area which is now known as New Market, Tennessee. Lost Creek became the second Quaker Meeting in Tennessee.
Saw only a couple of headstones in the field until I saw a few more in the corner as I was heading away on 11E.
