This building has beautiful flower panels at the roof-line, where they are almost impossible to see, and interesting second-story window designs. It doesn't seem to be on anyone's list of historically significant buildings in San Mateo. Fortunately, it's well maintained and has viable tenants and management, so it's not in any danger of being neglected or worse demolished anytime soon.
