On the main highway through the small Waikato town of Tirau, there are many corrugated-iron features and signs. Tirau is the town of corrugated-iron creative works of art.
The huge sheep and sheep dog are a Zippy the Pinhead location, one of only two in New Zealand. They featured on 2nd Oct, 2001 in the Bow-Wowhouse comic strip. The huge animals contain the local Information Centre.
