While researching Ms. Blatt one statement that sticks in my head! 51 year old spinister whose trademark is an assortment of high crowned, beflowered hats! This maybe her, but it's only the tip of the iceberg.

- Honored as a Distinguished Daughter of Pa. (1956)
- Democatic nomiee for US Senate (1964) lost
- Member of the President's Consumer Advisory Council (1964-1968
- Pa. Appellate Judge (1972-1993) 1st women elected, she ordered schools sport teams that they could no longer discriminated on the basis of sex
- Member of Americans for Democratic Action
- member of League of Woman Voters
- member of American Association of University of Women
- and received 3 Medals from popes in recognition for her church works
- died July 4th, 1996 age 83years
