The Lycoming county prison was built around 1800, and was rebuild in 1867 after a fire. After overcrowding a new prison opened in 1986 several blocks away. This building was sold in 2001 and is now a dance club, known now as The Cell Block. The Cell Block has various events including bands, contests, giveaways, and theme nights. Also check out the stone wall that surounds the entire complex, very cool!
