Downtown Los Gatos is a haven of independent coffee shops, and perhaps the best is this one. It's an attractive place to meet up with friends before a bike ride at St. Joseph's Hill, or to watch the fabulous people who shop in Los Gatos' boutiques. The interior is spacious enough to handle the crowds (usually). There are comfortable seating areas, free wifi, and convenient outlets for plugging in one's laptop. Judging strictly by their coffee, though, this may not be the best available, even though they roast their own (or maybe because they roast their own). Some days the brewed coffee is a little light on flavor, some days it has a overly burnt flavor. The espresso drinks are pretty good.
