This snow removal machine is located on the outskirts of the City of Fulton, on tracks that have seen very little use in recent years.

This Knox-Kershaw snow plow/blower sits on the tracks leading between Fulton and Pheonix, New York. There is a railroad maintenance building a short distance up the tracks, however, this line only sees passing cargo trains a couple times a week. For a period of time, there was more activity here, as a new ethanol plant was getting equipment for their ethanol manufaturing facility. However, after only a few short months, the ethanol plant has shut down and is filing for bankruptcy. The tracks here are now pretty much quiet again.
