The City of Calgary has this information on their website about park plus:

"The ParkPlus System (on street parking system) operated by the Calgary Parking Authority operates Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. After 6 p.m. and Sundays are free. Watch for signs indicating no stopping and no parking zones as these signs restrict parking during rush hour periods as a method of maintaining traffic flow.

Downtown: $3.00,$4.00 or $5.00 per hour
Saturday: ALL on street parking rates in Calgary are $1.50 per hour
Sunday & Holidays: No charge
Operating Hours: 0900 to 1800 Mon to Sat"
