This fountain is located in the Seattle Center near the performing arts section. It kind of looks like "Y" with steps down the middle. There is a drain looking thing in the center that doesn't appear to do anything. Maybe at one time the fountain sprayed water from the center or it needs a drain for rainy days. Who knows!
