AT FORT MYERS, IN SECTION 13, R 24 E, T 44 S, AT THE LEE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF MAIN STREET AND MONROE STREET, SET VERTICALLY IN THE NORTH FACE OF THE STONE BANISTER AT WEST SIDE OF THE NORTH ENTRANCE OF THE OLD PORTION OF THE BUILDING, 105 FEET EAST OF THE EAST CURB OF MONROE STREET, 92.5 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH CURB OF MAIN STREET, 32 FEET WEST OF THE CENTER OF THE NORTH ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING, 20 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH WALL OF THE BUILDING AND ABOUT 1 FOOT ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE SIDEWALK.
