7. The TEXAS AND PACIFIC PASSENGER STATION, W.
Lancaster Ave. from Main to Throckmorton Sts., was designed according
to the ideas of J. L. Lancaster, president of the road. The designer
was H. P. Koeppe, the architect, Wyatt C. Hedrick. The station, of
modern design, is 13 stones high, with a base of brown polished granite,
limestone in the first section, and the upper stories of gray roughtextured
brick. On each corner are 10-foot towers on the outside faces
of which futuristic eagles have been carved.

The building from the outside looks the same but inside it is in the process of being converted to upscale condo's. The upper floors already have tenants.
