Presented by King's Mountain Post No. 24 American Legion Novemeber 11, 1974. A geocache nearby first brought me here several years ago.

 Description of Memorial: The figure is a Viquesney's "Spirit of the Doughboy" statue in excellent condition. It is located in front of Steve Spurrier stadium just off downtown Johnson City.
