The Marengo Legion Hall plays host to many activities throught the year. Some of the annual events include the Fireman's ball, Chamber Of Commerce breakfast, the Santa Supper, and bingo on Wed. nights during the winter months.
The Color Gaurd marches in local parades, and opens many ceromonies in the community.
The hall can be rented for events of almost any kind. Dances, trade shows, weddings, auctions, to name a few. We even hosted a couple of baseball card shows back in the sportscard hey days.
I would have to say our favorite memories of the Legion Hall came on Dec. 31 2007, when we held our son's wedding reception here.
