The Cedar Rapids Ice Arena, sometimes refered to as The RoughHouse on Rockford, is home to the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders of the United States Hockey League. There is also a great youth hockey program that operates out of here as well. It is also home to the Eastern Iowa Figure Skating Club.
The arena has 2 rinks, one for public skating, practices, and adult leagues, and a 4000 seat arena for RoughRiders Hockey, and other events. In fact the day I submitted this, they were hosting motorcycle and quad ice racing.
We primarily attend RoughRiders game at the arena, as we have been season ticket holders for the past 4 years.
