Located on the north side of the city, this large park used to be the domain of the King during the monarchy (which was abolished in 1948 with the new constitution). The park was then donated to the city of Rome. A large ornate building near the entrance is being used by Egypt as its embassy, and soldiers with machine guns can be seen standing near the entrance for this reason. The map of the permanent course are not easy to obtain. One must contact via email (asd.orsamaggiore@gmail.com) the club that maintains the course.
The photograph of the included marker was taken on a brick man-made cliff (not marked as a wall on the map, but as a cliff).
