McDonald's has a payphone even though there are 3 working payphones across the street at the IGA.

This payphone isn't in a booth so you aren't protected against the wind and rain. There's a lot of it in Ocean Shores but I assume the main users of these phones are visiting during the high season when (hopefully) it isn't rainy and windy.
