"DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1935 (CAS) THIS STATION IS THE LIGHT ON THE WIND POINT LIGHTHOUSE, AT THE EXTREME EAST END O WIND POINT, ABOUT 6 MILES NORTHEAST OF THE CITY OF RACINE, WISCONSIN. THE LIGHTHOUSE IS A ROUND WHITE STRUCTURE ABOUT 100 FEET HIGH. IT HAS A BLACK CONICAL ROOF. THE LIGHT IS WHITE, AND IT REVOLVES AND FLASHES EVERY 30 SECONDS."
