21. WIND POINT LIGHTHOUSE is in Shoop Park, 4 m. N. on Lake Michigan
---Wisconsin: A Guide to the Badger State, 1941

Today The light house looks much as it did in 1940 and is still used for navigational purposes. The lens in the tower was replaced in 1964 and the fog horn no longer sounds. Although the Coast Guard still operates the light, the actual property now belongs to the Village of Wind Point.
