The selection was made by the Best Christian Workplaces Insititute, a Seattle-area organization that seeks to encourage practices that build healthy workplaces.
CedarCreek was commended for having a clear consensus of its goals and for the way its leaders communicate the reason behind their decisions.
More than 9,000 employees in 77 organizations across the United States were surveyed in the selection process.
