This is in the Caspers Wilderness Park, a regional park in south Orange County, CA. There is a $3.00 fee to enter for day use and overnight camping is also allowed. There are plenty of horse, bike and hiking trails and, in fact, there is a geocache nearby.

There is also a visitors center which is open on weekends.
