Located on a tower atop the El Pomar Center at University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. The building contains the Kraemer Family Library, the university's library.

The date I listed is approximate. The clock was installed between 1999 and 2001, but I cannot find a specific date.

The clock is located atop the El Pomar Center, named after the El Pomar Foundation after it made the largest donation UCCS has ever received. The El Pomar Center is part of a grand scheme to vastly expand the university which is expected to become the main campus of the CU system, replacing Boulder, by 2050.
