The Greek Revival styled 2-story 3-bay house-store fronting about 19 feet; 2nd story shaped stone window lintels and a door in the center bay; glazed storefront. Built as residence and rental property by Ludwig Meyer who also constructed the adjoining building on the south. Occupied as tailor
