Tours of Babyland General are free, but can get very expensive once you get to the gift shop. You can watch a Cabbage Patch baby being delivered from the Cabbage Patch and you can see the kids in the nursery and going to school. This can be a lot of fun for the kids, but a bit cheesy for the adults.
