A decent-sized park (a little over 2 acres), and peaceful, despite the fact that there are always a lot of people enjoying it, especially on a nice day. Pretty much the center of the city.

From the description of the boundaries and the historic and current subfunctions, the district would seem to include everything surrounding the park. It was not until I started working on this posting that I realized I did not get a picture of northern boundary.
