There are a few picnic tables and a fishing pier at the ramp. Within the park are restrooms, covered pavilions, playgrounds and ballfields, as well as horse trails and easy access to the paved rails to trails; all some distance west from the ramp area.
Lake Towsen Ramp and Nobelton Ramp are within .5 miles of one another. Lake Towsen will generally have enough water for larger boats; Nobelton ramp will allow for access during night hours.
