This pendulum hangs in one of the hallway intersections in the Science Building in University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. The floor below the pendulum has a clock dial. The pendulum was an hour off on time. At first I thought it was due to Daylight Savings Time, but then realized it was off an hour the wrong way.
