Despite the myth that this love seat was "shaped at the beginning of time", a lot of work went into shaping and polishing the seating area.

The Love Seat
This unique stone was uncovered in a field near Morden many years ago. It was kept secret except to a small group of scholars, who have researched its origins. Their findings led to the stone being gifted to Morden, for the benefit of all, on the occasion of the community's 125th Anniversary in 2007 AD. The scholars found numerous legends about powerful stones that were kept as talismans to enhance the human condition. This stone may be one of them. It is very old and was likely shaped at the beginning of time. It has been observed over the years since its discovery, that sitting on this stone with someone you love will enhance your years together. Thus it was named the Love Seat. Others may use the Love Seat without being harmed. They will simply find it to be a little harder.
