"Mini park" hardly describes how small this urban green-space is. It encompasses only the banks of the creek, running along the sides for about one city block. The hiking path, such as it is, is entangled in ivy and underbrush. However, it is a peaceful spot where one can breath fresh air and possibly observe wildlife - even a mountain lion has been sighted here!
The locals call it Arroyo Park, while the city officially named it De Anza Historical Park, after the de Anza expedition's camping spot.
