The First Baptist Church cornerstone was dedicated on this site July 12, 1911. The congregation, which was formed on May 15, 1988 is now an "Intentionally Multi-ethnic Church"made up of a wide variety of racial and ethnic backgrounds who enjoy learning, growing and developing together, and take serious their call under God.
The primary window on the east side is made up of squares and scrolls in a geometric pattern.
