The passenger rail tracks are still active (Amtrak and Caltrain), but the former Southern Pacific railroad depot sat empty until a recent restoration. Greyhound moved into the depot making connections with local transit, county public bus service (VTA) and weekday Caltrains. This is a limited service bus station, open only from 8Am to 5PM weekdays and Saturdays.
Interesting architecture:
The historic depot was built in 1921. It's gorgeous inside.
