Discovered this Lustron Home via a Google search. Listed on www.applesold.com/259218 for sale at $78,000. 1950 sq ft with seven rooms and a garage.
During the site visit, I observed that the original manufactured exterior has been covered up with a white vinyl. This historical district is primarily red brick bungalows up a tree lined street. Clean and neat area of town for its age.
