Built around 1916 as the Carolina, Clinchfield and Ohio Railway (CC&O), this railroad and truss bridge were part of the master plan for "The Model City" of Kingsport, TN. The coordinates are for the parking spot as there is no other safe stopping point along this narrow and quickly turning Riverport Road. Be careful with your speed as the road is highly patrolled.
You can regularly see trains cross the bridge, usually pulling loaded or empty coal cars.
