This boat ramp was dedicated by Johnson City in May 2000 in recognition and honor of CB Kinch's involvement with the parks and recreation department. Very large parking lot. Three lane access. It can be very busy on peak days with the city comes to play. Coordinates are for the top of the ramp where the picture was taken. Official hours are sunrise to sunset.
