Operated by Halton Conservation, this is a fantastic park to visit. The Niagara Escarpment provides a breathtaking view of the Toronto area to the east. The park has 33km of trails, that lead to features like Hilton Falls, Carolinean Forest and several beaver ponds (and beaver meadows). Many of these trails are on old logging roads. The trails here are rated as recreational.

There are occasional bike races here, but you should check the Conservation Halton website for information on any upcoming races.

Also note this facility is within a few kilometers of Kelso and Mountsberg which also offer mountain biking trails
