Zlatorog was the mysterious white Chamois who used to rule the Julian Alps. Guarding his treasure Zlatorog lived in the national park and protected it's beauty. The story tells of a greedy hunter who tracked and shot the chamois. Zlatorog's magic powers helped him kill the hunter before he disappeared from his mountain paradise forever. He left his treasures for all to enjoy forever.
