Robert Wollersheim and his wife purchased the property in early 1970s and replanted the hillsides. Winemaker Philippe Coquard arrived in the mid-1980s after learnings under his uncles in France.

Tours are provided at 1/4 past the hour. It lasts approximately 1 hour and has a tasting afterwards.

Tastings are also offered without the tour.

They have a gift shop that sells not only the wine, but various wine themed gifts plus some Wisconsin cheeses.

There is also a deck that you can sit at to enjoy some of the wine you have purchased.
