Very nice monument that is located at the northern end of the Hardwick Town Common. It includes the names of those who served and those who died during their service. The listings of those who died include the dates and locations of their demise.

The inscription reads:

"Dedicated To The Heroes Who Fell, And The Patriots Who Fought, For Union And Liberty 1861-1865"
