This large mosaic mural can be found at the Port of Seattle's Bell Street Cruise Terminal on Pier 66. The mosaic is made of thousands and thousands of tiny 1/4" to 1/2" tesserae. The artist's ability to create the illusion of the circles being transparent using color choice is amazing.
It's title is "Danza del Cerchio" and was created by Ann Gardner in 1996.
