The Folsom Veterans Memorial honors those brave individuals who serve our country and those who have fallen in service to our country. This memorial has several different and distinct elements to it. There is a flag court consisting of the National colors, State flag, service branch flags and the POW/MIA flag. There is a bronze statue of a war dog handler summoning his dog. On the front of the large granite boulder is an American Eagle with the flag in his beak. On the obverse of the boulder is a grieving woman an plaques dedicated to Folsom residents who gave their lives to their country.
All gave some, and some gave all.
