These cannons can be found at Cawsand in Cornwall. They overlook Plymouth Sound. There is an inscription on them that reads:-
'On August 16th 1779 a Franco Spanish invasion fleet carrying over 30,000 men moored in Cawsand Bay. It was guns such as these at Cawsand Bulwarks that played a vital role in defending the country.'
