The mark is in a concrete retaining wall adjacent to the southwest corner of the west concrete railing on the former N. Howard St. bridge at Riverfront Park. This is now a pedestrian bridge in the park.

To reach from W. Spokane Falls Blvd. proceed north on foot for approximately one block to the station on the left side of the left (west) railing of the bridge.
