Who Put it Here?: Erected by the Citizens of Carter County.

Description of Memorial:
Black marble base with the image of a World War I American Soldier at ease. Flag pole, and encircle with pink marble stones. Originally a WWI memorial, with the World War II losses added to the sices and Korean War added to the back of the base.
