The Cannery is an authentic Lancaster County Country cannery with Amish and Mennonite folks working in the kitchen. The Cannery hours are 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Tuesday thru Friday. If you are just stopping by, reservations are not necessary, but are requested. They offer complimentary coffee, soda bottled water or tea, plus a jar of choice from the store for the tour operator or group leader and the bus driver as our way of saying “Thank You”!
The Store hours are Monday thru Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. Winter Hours January thru March 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. They will be happy to extend the hours by appointment.
