Visitors can learn the fascinating process of chocolate-making on CHOCOLATE WORLD®'s simulated factory tour ride. First, guests walk through a tropical jungle where cocoa beans are harvested, then they follow the cocoa bean's journey to a boat dock where beans are loaded onto ships headed for America. From there, visitors climb aboard the tour ride and enter the simulated factory tour.

Chocolate lovers of all ages can sign up to become an "Official HERSHEY'S Factory Worker," complete with an "employee" photo ID, authentic factory worker hat, and the opportunity to be part of an interactive chocolate factory.T he KISS WORKS machine allows visitors to operate the machine and package HERSHEY'S KISSES Brand Milk Chocolates as they stream by on a large conveyor.
Visitors can show-off their creative skills and make a personalized mix of HERSHEY'S products at the HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE WORKS Machine. With the help of gravity, HERSHEY'S products cascade through intertwining chutes and drop into this nostalgic and whimsical candy machine to produce a personalized assortment of HERSHEY'S products.
Continuing in the factory theme, the KIT KAT "Gimme a Break" Café features a real factory whistle and time clock for the guests to clock-out and take a break. The café is a deli-style restaurant and bakery that serves hot and cold sandwiches, salads and specialty desserts and beverages.
FACTORY WORKS also features HERSHEY'S Bake Shoppe, a presentation bakery where "Hersheyizers" entertain visitors as they top freshly made cupcakes with HERSHEY'S products. There is always an enormous array of mouthwatering desserts baked fresh daily and designed by HERSHEY'S Executive Chocolate Dessert Chef.
Open daily, year-round, except Christmas Day, operation hours will coincide with HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE WORLD Visitors Center. HERSHEY'S FACTORY WORKS also will be available for private group functions and special events.
