Noodles & Company offers a variety of Ramen in a sort of build-your-own menu where you pick your Noodle dish and then select a type of meat to add to it. Although the menu may seem limited with only a dozen or so noodle dishes to select from, when you consider you can have beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, or even no meat with any of those dishes, you will discover you have many choices.
