Captain Edward Beesons grave and monument is located in the Beason/Union Cemetery on Beason Cove Rd. southwest of the town of Steele, Al. He was my 6th great grandfather on my mothers side. As of yet I do not have any specific accounts of his service in the Revolutionary War other then he was a captain and served in N.C. and is listed as a patriot in the D.A.R. index.

I have allowed one entry for a grave of British solders, but it was an exception. Please only list graves for Colonial soldiers.
Simply visit the locations. Please provide as much information as possible. Pictures would be a great addition.
